Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and include all original accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the correct return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Denisoff Music confirms that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In cases of verified manufacturing defects, Denisoff Music may, at its sole discretion, provide a prepaid return label, reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, provide a replacement, issue a partial refund, or issue a full refund.
Returns sent without prior written authorization may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing any components.
Photo and/or video evidence may be required to verify claims involving damage, missing accessories, charging issues, Bluetooth connectivity, sound quality, or other product performance concerns.
Products that function as intended but do not meet personal expectations regarding sound level, comfort, volume, or intended use are not considered defective.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and other non-returnable products identified at the time of purchase are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive another item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order after your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification, as required by applicable law.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, include all accessories, and be returned in their original packaging together with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by Denisoff Music.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
